Hey, who's up for an early morning kick ass hill workout? I'll be at the switch bridge at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow for the reinstated Wednesday Munn Road hill ride.

Louise, to answer your question, Wes has brand new high quality spin bikes in the studio, but I'm pretty sure there is room for bikes and trainers too. He has a big studio with all the amenities, so showers, etc included.

Garth and I are planning another trip out to Metchosin/Sooke area tomorrow to get a few hills and a bit more distance in.
