Re: Thinking about A rides
Hey All, Just wanted to add my two cents worth as a very occasional A ride sufferer and TSC member. Lets not get too worked up in this discussion - I love the fact that I get to ride every morning with a great bunch of guys and gals of all different abilities. It would be a horrible shame if the A r...

Hey Dave,
Hope this doesn't mean you won't be out riding with us anymore. I'll take the tripleshot spinnakers arm warmers and wind vest.
Thanks

Geoff,
Your right, I should have put in a clause - I'm a complete wimp when it comes to the cold and likely need one more layer then everyone else.

Re: Anyone order this long sleeve fleece jersey?
Hi Lister,
If this is the jacket I think it is, it is more of a fleece jersey. No good for keeping the wind out and not really great for any kind of rain. It would be good for an outer layer over Jersey when the temperature is in the 50s. Weight wise it is quite light.

I was going to ask the same thing, hope your elbow is ok Gavin. The two of you came down hard. Rain really makes it difficult to see potholes.

Re: Summer Kit Order
Hi Curran, I ordered a large jacket last year and found the fit through the waist to be ok but the arms and shoulders were to short for my hulking frame. I will be ordering an extra large this year and work on building a winter food blister to fill the lower part of the jacket out. Since we are buil...

Canada ride for those unable to enter the US
I'm planning on doing the classic Sunday ride tomorrow if anybody cares to join me. Going to meet at the spoke and hub around 7am, drink coffee and watch the tour. Depart at 7:20 and swing by Fairfield Starbucks to pick up anyone who tries to meet up there. Social Sunday pace!
